Although relatively easy to order and receive, it was late getting to me. But the repair job I did held up and it was not really a problem. Thanks G3 for making it affordable and simple.

I love the my Via carbon ski poles and I was super bummed when I fell and broke one of the lowers. It's awesome that G3 has support for replacement parts for their gear so I can keep using them and don't have to buy a whole new pair! Keep up the great support!
