Disappointed by costumer service and faulty product

I bought a helmet. When removing as instructed the size sticker, the protective lining on the helmet peeled off. I contacted costumer service, to no avail. They should stand behind their products and assume the responsibility for faulty products.

AT Helmet

Very light

Comfortable, functional

Great fit and light. I had been resistant to helmets in the backcountry until some stories of people falling and hitting burried talus ("Sharks"). Sadly we lost a local last year due to a head injury so I was pleased to have a functional helmet to wear.

Par contre j'aurais aimé pouvoir refermer les trous d'aération par ggrands froids ne serait-ce qu'avec des pads qu'on peut retirer par temps chaud.

Lightweight and comfortable

The AT helmet is perfect for long tours and big days out. Incredibly lightweight and comfortable and the minimalist removable ear covers provide just the right amount of added warmth without the weight and bulk. 10/10 would recommend.
