Returns Policy

G3 will accept product refunds/exchanges within 45 days of the original purchase date. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders. The product MUST be in its original condition and in the original packaging. Clearance items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. For safety reasons, helmets are not eligible for return or exchange. G3 will only process returns/exchanges for products that were directly purchased online from G3. If the product was purchased from a G3 dealer then the customer must contact them directly for their return/exchange procedures. You must be the original purchaser with a valid G3 order confirmation or G3 factory sales receipt.

G3 reserves the right to exchange returned product for another G3 product. G3 will offer a full refund on items that are damaged or faulty upon receipt or are not as described.

All returns must be accompanied by a RA (return authorization) number, which may be obtained by completing the Returns Form.

Sender must clearly mark this RA number on their returning parcel, and reference it on all email correspondence. Product mailed to G3 without an RA number will not be processed for a return/exchange or mailed back to sender. Sender has 14 business days to send back product once G3 has approved the return request.

After receiving returned goods to the G3 warehouse, G3 will issue any applicable refunds within 14 business days. Financial institutions may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to a customer’s account.

Sender is responsible for 100% of return shipping costs, including duties and customs. We recommend shipping signature required. G3 will not accept packages billed to G3 ("billed to receiver"). G3 will not pick up packages at a postal location due to unpaid duties or any other cause. G3 is not responsible for lost packages or returns abandoned at a postal location. Sender is responsible for ensuring returns arrive at G3.

G3 strongly recommends that users try fitting purchased skins on for size onto their skis before trimming and/or removing the plastic glue protector sheets. Once the plastic sheets have been removed the skins are no longer in their original re-saleable condition. For skis and splitboards, once they have been drilled/had bindings mounted/been skied on they are no longer in their original condition and are not eligible for return.
